I used this together with the Hunger Chews and SafSlim. I'm pretty sure this product along with SafSlim was super effective in helping me lose inches around my waist. Although I didn't lose weight, it helped me where I mostly needed it. I used this product with the other two for at least a couple weeks, and with them combined I noticed a difference, but not a huge one. I'm sure if used with an excellent healthy meal and working out, they would show more of a result than mine. I enjoyed the flavor as well, major coffee and vanilla taste, which I love! Super easy to take twice a day, once before a meal. Delicious, and effective.

Take one mid-morning, another mid-afternoon and one between dinner and bedtime but at least 2 hrs before bed and instead of dessert. Reduces snack cravings! After 2 weeks, that little roll under my braline has gotten smaller! I don't exercise. I know I should and if I did I would be looking better. My boyfriend noticed a flatter tummy so that is really something knowing that I still need to lose 50 lbs for my ideal weight.

I absolutely love these as it satisfies my daily craving for something sweet like candy and I actually feel satisfied after having one. The only thing you need to make sure of is that if you are an impulse eater, you don't want to pop a ton of these just because since the directions clearly state you should only have one before your daily meals.
