I have extreme digestive problems and lived on protein, potatoes, and rice for over two years. I now take 1-2 tablets with each meal or snack and I'm able to eat fruits and vegetables comfortably again. I no longer have extreme bloating and gas because of this product. I don't chew the tablet, I swallow it whole. Love, love this product!

These work ok, but the smell from the bottle is terrible. Makes me want to use another brand. I don't know if they are really bad or just smell like that. Both bottles I bought smell the same.

I take two papaya complete after a big meal, and the enzymes help with digestion. This also contains papin, and bromelain which are excellent for us. Having problems with digestion, I find this product beneficial.
