I would usually take 4 capsules one hour, to sometimes several hours out before engaging in sexually activity and it did wonders for my erections, and sex drive. I'd be ready to go again 10 minutes after getting some. ROCK hard erections to the point where it almost scared me. The girth I gained in my manhood was amazing from this product!!! You'll love it, and she'll love it even more!!! They should put 76 capsules instead of 75 per bottle, since you have to take 4. That's the only negative I had with it. When you reach the end of the bottle there is 3 left, when the dosage is 4. Otherwise this is some potent stuff!!!

This product worked great for me. I had just started a new relationship with a younger woman who wanted sex twice a day. I was having a tough time staying erect, since I had been married for 28 years and wasn't used to it so often. I took the 4 pills for the first time and it worked like a charm, without the de-sensitizing effect that Lavitra or other drugs give you. If anything, it really gives you more feeling and sensitivity! Awesome stuff!

This product worked very well for me. I use it in combo with extra L-Arginine which I definitely recommend. Over time, for me it was about a week, there was an increase in size, especially thickness. I noticed more frequent morning erections and my overall desire increased. This being said, I actually purchased the product because the ingredients are useful for developing power and stamina in general and are similar to the herbs/tonics used by martial artists and yogis to develop inner power, or "chi". The sexual health benefit was a nice bonus and I did not think it would be as effective as it was. I imagine a healthy lifestyle in general and exercise is important, without it people may not notice a big difference? I'm pleased and will continue to purchase this product.
