It says a lot when a product in the weightlifting world sticks around more than a year. I've been taking Secretogogue One since February 1998 and won't ever stop. Recovery time is not a factor if taken regularly before bed on an empty stomach. It also helps me sleep better. Great combination of ingredients which help muscle growth and recovery. Gold works just as well, but old habits die hard. Stick with what works, look at new products and see how long they last on the market, just saying.

I am 45 years old. I have been using this product since 2004. It works great after a very intense workout (I am cyclist 40-80 miles a day) On Interval days I use it before I go to bed, I wake up refreshed. I have used the gold, It did not work like the regular product. Works well when you have plateaued and to recover when overtrained. Worth Every Penny!!!!!!!
