Rice protein is extracted from rice and used in some protein supplements. just got this supplement and ive only used it a few times so i cant tell if it effective yet. thats why i gave it 3 stars and because ive used a lot of mhp's products in the past and they've been great so im hoping this is just as good. i put one scoop with around 8oz of water in a blender bottle and its a pretty thick shake. i got chocolate because i figure its a safe flavor choice when trying out new protein but this taste pretty bad. probably the worse tasting protein ive had, but i dont drink it for the taste so it doesnt really bother me. if youre not good with stuff that taste bad then i would stay away for this. it taste really bad!

I Started using Probolic-SR about 2 weeks ago and love it. It's the first protein shake I've had that actually tastes great. I have a scoop every morning for breakfast and a scoop after my workout. With exercising 4-5 days a week along with 15-20 mins of cardio, I've noticed how fast my muscle mass changed, it's great! Can't say I've had a protein shake that's been this effective with fast results.

I tried this product on the recommendation of a friend that is a body builder. I found that even with water, the chocolate tastes great, not even like a protein shake, but the vanilla is pretty gross... but then again taste is subjective. I have a single serving(20g protein/130 cal) in the morning to wake up my metabolism and then a double serving(40g protein/260 cal) after workout in the late afternoon to rebuild. single serving before bed to keep burning through the night. I lost 20 lb of fat in about 4 weeks, and gained tight lean muscle! in conjunction with running and working out 4-6 days a week and a healthy diet. this product was not a gift nor was i compensated for my use of this product, i just like it and feel it works.
