      Use these especially when I travel. Take one about 30 minutes before bed. Sleep tip -- read afterwards or take a short warm shower and don't watch TV. They don't give you that 'knocked out' feeling; it's more a relaxed so I can sleep feeling. Hey, with the price and the non-habit forming features, it won't hurt to try!
