I bought this product for my boyfriend. He has had years of pain in his knees due to having to take prednizone for asthma. After taking just a week of the MSM 1000 he could feel of relief in his knees. He said the pain was almost gone in them by the end of the bottle. And believe me the pain was bad before we started using this we will definitely continue using this in the future..

My local GNC worker recommended this for my sinuses, and I also told her I had alot of joint problems...and guess what--these are good for that too!! I can knock two birds out with one stone and this product really does work! I usually stay sick with sinusitis all the time, but not since I started taking MSM. It works wonders on my joints too, I feel 10 years younger!! The effects do wear off once you stop taking them, so you have to keep them in your system. I take 6 pills in the morning and 6 at night. You don't have to take that many-whatever works best for you, but my sinus and joint problems are pretty severe. And I've been told that you can't overdose on these. Whatever your body doesn't use goes to your hair and skin!!! This really changed my life for the better.
