I have used this for more than five years for knee osteoarthritis relief. I previously used shellfish glucosamine until my allergist tested me for shellfish allergies and I could no longer take it. I know it works because I can tell the difference if I have not taken consistently for several days.
GNC is the only source for nonshellfish glucosamine I have found, so even though it is slightly expensive to take 2 per day, it is the difference between my being active, keeping my weight down, and knee replacement surgery has been postponed for me from my bone on bone knee condition.Pros
