Haven't been using very long but have noticed a slight improvement in my knee pain. Taste is not bad. I purchased both chocolate and peanut butter but have only tried the chocolate thus far.

I have flat feet so I've never had the best joints. Since I've been working out my joints would ache and take longer to heal. After about 10 days of taking triflex chewables, my joints (especially my knees) feel 10 times better!

I am very skeptical of vitamins. However, after reading the reviews, I was willing to give this product a shot. I am glad that I did! I am recovering from a torn rotator cuff, two torn ACL's & my knuckles pop all the time. I have noticed that after 2 weeks of use, my knuckles and knees do not pop or ache as much as they used to! My rotator cuff however is still bothersome. Also, the taste isn't the best. But I will still use the product despite the fact that the taste is strange. It is an excellent product!
