I used this product a few years ago when it first came out and had incredible results. Of course I was younger but I think the formula has changed since Mao Huang and ephidrine are not supposed to be used together anymore so the product is less effective. It seems to make the skim taught which lessens cellutlie appearance and flab. The thermogenic side effects tend to make me feel dehydrated but is fine just drink more water if that happens.
Before they took out the Mao Huang I could lose 1-3 lbs a week on the original formula. I am trying another supplement called Oxy Elite Pro and while it feels safe to take I don't think it is effective as the Ripped Fuel. Oxy Elite is more expensive than Ripped Fuel also. In recent years I have gained more weight than I like and wish I could get the Ripped Fuel to work the way it used to. I usually only take 1 pill a day because I don't like jitters but I don't think that is enough to make me lose the weight. Again, the old formula would take off the weight by taking 1 pill in the morning. If I needed to look more slim I would take an extra pill at lunch for a few days and by the weekend I was slim and trim. This isn't as effective as the original formula but it is still better than others I have tried. I am going to try Ripped Fuel again after my current supplement is finished.- Gender:

I was having trouble staying motivated so i started taking this. I take 2 pills before every workout and it gives me a lot of energy and it's great value too. I definitely will be adding this to my stack. But you have to remember you wont lose'weight unless you do cardio.

I must say after working out for 3 years this product is great for the price i take 2 in the monring and than 2 more throughout the day. My pre-workout i use either Jack3d or One more Rep. I have lost 4 lbs in a week the key is to do cardio. I would def recoomend this for the price.

I liked this product because it didn't heat up my core temperature to the point that I was sweating all day. It did give me energy and was most effective before a workout. The thing I didn't like about the product is the fact I had to take so many pills. The product recommends taking 4 pills a day.

I've always had hints of my abs showing but during the winter i got a minor layer of fat. started going to the gym a week and a half ago taking this and cell tech (creatine), and eating healthier (kind of). my abs are starting to show a lot more but I am not sure if it's because of my increase in activity or the supplement.
