I bought this product yesterday. I started off with a Table spoon, mixed it in my personal blinder with 8 onc. of orange juice and a banana. Great taste when you add other things. I would recommend using a blender to mix it up because a spoon just make it clumpy. I hate pills, so I went this route and I feel great. This really works.

I was a skeptic about this product at first based off the negative reviews. But, I'm proud to say that I gave it a shot! Wow, is all I can say this stuff works like a charm!! I can't wait to see the new me in 10 days after what I call the ultimate detox which consists of NO FOOD & doing the lemonade cleanse, herbal teas, lots of water drinking and the super colon cleanse nightly!! I expect to lose weight, have clearer skin & overall optimum health through a balanced colon. I find that drinking this product with a tall glass of prune/apple juice nightly does WONDERS!!

I initially purchased this product to help with constipation, but also as a cleanse (since that's what it is) while trying to lose weight. I will admit that the taste can be quite unbearable. I would describe it as a very herbal-y smell and taste. The powder does not dissolve well, nor stay dissolved well, at least in water. I only tried mixing it with water as I was afraid trying to cover it up with juice or soda would only make it worse. I do have to hold my nose in order to get this stuff down, along with stopping halfway to re-stir so I'm not getting chunks of the powder. All that aside - it works wonders. Within 6-8 hours I had results, without cramping or loss of control that comes with some products like this. I have used a few other products comparable to this and this is by far the best for me. I will definitely be re-purchasing and would recommend it to anyone.

I have tried several cleanses, and find that they take too long to complete, or often make me feel horrible. However, after reading good reviews, I decided to try this product. I chose powder form, as I feel those are more effective than pills. It was not pleasant to taste, but I mixed with oj to make it go down easier. Within 2 hours of my 1st glass, I was going to the bathroom regularly. I drink it only once per day, and have seen an immense difference in only 4 days! I have lost 6 lbs simply by using this product! My stomach no longer feels bloated, and I am having a b.m 3-4 times per day. I admit, I do look in the bowl when I am finished, and they sure do look strange! But, a long bm is a good thing, as it is a sign of clearing of your bowel. There is very little stomach cramping beforehand as well. I would love to hear from other users about the appearance of their b,m.'s. I knw it sounds strange, but I want to know if the appearance of mine are"normal". I would greatly recommend this product. No bad side effects!

Let's see, it mixes with water after TRYING to get it under the surface. Sure, this stuff might work if you can stand the gut wrenching, tongue harassing torture, but personally I'd rather not go through that again. It's cheap, and effective. Effective as in if you are trying to peel paint off walls or create a cataclysmic wasteland in your mouth. Give it a try!
