Before taking this my bowel movements were long drawn out experiences and I used a lot of toilet paper everytime. Now I rarely have time to crack open a magazine before I am finished and I use a fraction of the toilet paper I used to. Don't confuse this with the green labeled colon cleanse which has a laxative. This can be used everyday.

I tried the powder form of the colon cleanser for about two weeks taking the dosage once a day for like 4 days a week. I had a huge stomach wasnt able to button most of my jeans and felt very bloated. I took this and in just two weeks my stomach is almost near to flat my clothes fit better jeans fit along with extra space. Am convinced this thing melts fat away I would highly reccomend it to person who are overweight and have been struggling to loose weight this is the solution Works for me

Purchased this product on sale a month ago to help with another medications "side effects". The label suggests to take 1 serving daily for the first week to let your body get used to the added fiber. I jumped in at full dose from the begining and had no ill side effects. It was noticably working within two days. Just make sure you are drinking plenty of water while taking this product.

You won't have to go to the restroom in 20-30 minutes again as the product cleanses thoroughly and you'll notice that you don't feel like you didn't expel everything. I take a fiber supplement before meals with a tall glass of water. No mater what your fitness goals I would recommend taking a fiber supplement. It makes me feel fuller, which is great. Best of all, it makes going to the bathroom a much easier task. Almost no wiping is necessary. I would take it for this reason alone. Never mind the health benefits.
The only change I would like to see, is the name and picture. This isn't something I would leave on the counter or offer to guests.
