I've tried many colon cleanse products over the years. It's a great way to make you feel generally better. It doesn't get any better than this. I find that it's hard to take with water so I mix it with OJ with pulp and have no problem. Let me tell you how awesome it makes you feel 48-72 hours later. No rushing to the bathroom, just a wonderful empty feeling afterward. I've reccomended this to several friends who all enjoy using it. Give it a shot! Well worth the buy. Price is fantastic too!

This took a couple days to start working. The texture took some getting used to. I mix it in a blender with crytal light single packets or any other kool-aide sugar free/drink mix. I could not use the oj as it made it to thick to drink.

I just wanted to say how much this product really works,I have 6 children the more kids I had the worse my constipation got,nothing over the counter worked, but this statred working in 2days giving me a regular bowel movement and it does curb your appetite, it's best with juice, there's no taste,the texture just feels like if u were to eat sherreded wheat cearel and drink it,if ur 150 and over you take 3 tbsp daily,150 under 2tbsp, i'm 199 and needed something for appetite controll and bowel movement, this really works, just give it a try.

I bought this product based on the good reviews it has and its value. I am a textured eater, so anything that has a gritty texture makes me gag. But because the powder gets better reviews then the capsules, I wanted to try it. I took the others advice about putting it in orange juice or eating it in yogurt. I tried 4 times and still gagged it up every time! So if texture bothers you, just buy the pills!

I have been using this product for almost two weeks now and find myself significantly more regular. I take it everyday, and plan on buying more when I run out!
The usage description for my weight category suggests 2 Tablespoons daily; However, I increased the amount and found it more effective. That's why mixes can be better than capsules, you can adjust them based on your own body's reaction.
It doesn't blend well in water, it has a pulp texture like you would find in some orange juices. I don't mind it, but if thats a problem, it can easily be added to something with more texture like a smoothie or yogurt.
