used this product and in 2 days it did what it was designed to do. i have problems with constapation. i drink a high fiber drink and take 2 tablets at bedtime and boy does it work. i have not felt so good for quite a while. i hope it keeps working

Was looking to an alternative to buying a $50 bottle of some natural product and this works just as great. this is all natural as well without any of the artificial stuff.
