I want to shed some light on this product. I purchased it with some skepticism and really didn't know what I was getting. Before I get into that, just to give my background, I am a long distance runner and typically do two 10 mile training runs during the week and a 16-22 mile long run on the weekends and I usually maintain an average pace in the 6:50's.
I purchased Endurox thinking it was a pre-race type energy booster but that's not what it is at all. This is a herbal supplement that directs you to take it daily. So you will NOT feel anything after 1 or 2 doses. On training days I try to take it with a meal before any runs but I really don't think it makes a difference when you take it. After about 2 weeks of using the supplement I was pushing myself harder and running faster and had my average pace as low as 6:38. Key things I noticed was that I had a lot more left at the end of my runs where as historically I am usually pretty beat by the end of the run. I also noticed that I could increase my speed much faster and maintain it for longer (I had a 6:04 mile towards the end of a run which is one of my best times for a mile I've had). Look, I'm not going to sit here and say that I know for sure this product is responsible for my increase in time but this was my experience while I was taking the supplement.
Unfortunately I sustained a hip injury and had to stop running. I was very disappointed as I wanted to see how much faster I could get. Perhaps it would be wise to gradually increase your speeds over the course of time to reduce abnormal stress on the body. But I think there is a good chance this product gives you the energy and ability to push your body harder. I will definitely resume usage once I am running again.
I didn't notice any difference in recovery in fact I think I experienced more soreness simply because I was able to push my body harder than usual. I will continue taking Endurox once I am able to run again.- Gender:
