I train in martial arts and have been doing the Insanity workout continuously for about a year. The only time I feel extremely fatigued, cramp up, or have severe muscle soreness is when I travel and don't bring this product.

This is a great post workout drink. I use this cause it is 4:1. I mainly bike on the weekend and use it after riding. I also use it after my P90X workout. No soreness after work outs or rides. I'm very pleased with this product.
