SUGGENTED USE: *Super Cleanse was designed to be taken in the evening as a natural bowel cleanser. Take 1 tablet in the evening , increasing intake by one tablet every other evening until you achieve 2-3 bowel movements per day. Do not exceed 6 tablets of this product per day. Once you find the correct number of tablets, you can continue with that amount for enhanced bowel cleansing.

I initially ordered this product for the same reason as many other people on here. I wanted to regulate my system and kind of just flush it out. It took me a couple of days until it started working (i'm assuming because i'm taking a bunch of other supplements for workouts), but after the second day of taking one pill in the morning and one at night, it started working immediately. It hasn't been harsh on my stomach and doesn't make me feel like I need to use the restroom ALL the time. However, It did surprise me a little. I'm deployed so I have to walk to a bathroom building... I have a felt a couple of sudden urges so if you are not going to have access to a restroom, I suggest not taking it that day! This is really a great product though. I was skeptical but it has been very mild but has dont its job!

I have always had irregular stomach. I wanted to try to kick start my digestion and read the reviews for this product. So I decided to try it. The first day I took them it started to work. I only use 2 pills a day and what it difference it makes. The only question I have is will it continue working after I stop the pills. Overall, good product.

I'm not one with regular bowel movements and have the tendency to get constipated when my diet is poor. I relied on laxatives for years which were very harsh on my stomach. So, I'm very please to have discovered this product. After just one day, this product started working for me. There are no cramps or uncomfortable gas and I am not spending the whole day on the toilet either. I highly recommend this product!!! I love it!

I must say this is the best product out there. I'm a person that has a very hard time producing a bowel movement daily. My doctors couldn't figure out why. Although I take fiber pills and eat healthy, it still wasn't enough. After taking these, I have three to four bowel movements a day!!! I love the product because it works with my system to keep me regular. It also helps to promote a healthy system and weight management. Thank you GNC! I plan to order this regularly.

I don't usually write comments, but I am very pleased with this product. I have taken pills before to help with regularity, but they often give me stomach cramps and keep me in the bathroom all day, not the desired effect. These are great, no cramps and you just end up having a regular bowl movement. I recommend this product, very easy on the body.

After taking generic Wellbutrin SR (an antidepressant that I highly recommend NO ONE TAKE!!!) it totally destroyed my body and my metabolism. I've always been a small girl however, I gained 10 pounds or more in a month even when going to they gym 5 days a week and then snowboarding every weekend. I also didn't have a regular bowel movement for over a month. I tried every over the counter laxative, stool softner, probiotic, gas relief etc. nothing worked. I finally said enough with chemicals and got this. I am soooooo happy I did, I can finally go to the bathroom again! and without gas and cramps and pain!! I take one in the morning, one at lunch and one before dinner. I recommend this to anyone who wants to be regular!! Now I'm on to find something to lose all this weight I've gained!!

I started with the minimum dose and saw immediate results... no need to up the dosage for me at all. Highly effective at cleaning you out. I did have gas as a side effect. I'm thinking it's something I don't have to take all the time. But it kept my body running smoothly when I otherwise would have been constipated, so I'll use it at those times in the future for sure.
