This was recommended by a trusted friend. She advised that at the first sign of a scratchy throat or cold she would take 4 capsules. I had the "opportunity" to try it and I am now a firm believer! Not only did I NOT get sick, my sister did not either! My brother-in-law was a little more progressed and he was able to shorten the length of his cold remarkably. I would recommend this to everyone! I will always keep them on hand.

I have been taking olive leaf as a supplement for a few years and I must say ever since have taking it I am more resistant to illness and have fewer sinus infections. I will continue to take this as a supplemnet and it was also a great sale the last time I purchased it.
