I read in a magazine that this product may help promote hair growth. After taking 2 pills daily until the bottle was nearly gone I was sitting next to my wife and she noticed that hair was growing in a area that was balding and sure enough when I took a look for myself there it was plenty of new growth. Although results were not over night I will continue to use this product to where it takes me. There are many other reported benefits such as prostate and a few others.

I began taking this after my brother recommended Saw Palmetto to me because he takes it and believes it is keeping him from losing his hair. I wanted a standardized extract and I would assume that I would have the same results from any standardized extract from a reputable source.
I am 34 and have had a slowly receding hairline since I was 18. Recently I began to lose hair from the crown of my head, but in general loss has been very slow and controlled. I decided to take Saw Palmetto in the hope that it would stop the loss until I could see my doctor and discuss whether or not a prescription hair loss remedy would be a good idea.
After beginning to take this supplement twice daily, I noticed new hair sprouting up forward of my current hairline. I was intrigued but skeptical, but this continued to happen. Right now I have been taking the supplement for a little over two months and the results are very apparent *to me*. To this point, coverage on new hair areas as well as old is far from thick and a bright overhead fluorescent shows off plenty of shiny scalp. I imagine it will take quite some time to regain any of what I once had and who knows how far it will go, but I have had no noticeable side effects apart from the regrowth of hair.Displaying reviews 1-5
