I get a good amount of muscle soreness from intense lifting sessions. Rubbing this on the muscles I worked out before bed and first thing in the morning greatly reduced the soreness. I will definitely be buying again!

I have been going to physical therapy for my weak shoulder blades, apparently they do not hold my shoulders down properly when i go to lift something heavy. That has caused alot of pain to my lower back and space between my blades where my muscles would spasm, creating knots in my back. I tried this gel after i had bought the arnica cream, The Rub, which i loved so much. But The Rub is expensive, so i decided to give this one a try. It did not work at all, my pain was still there even when i globbed it on. With the other cream i would just place a tiny bit on my back and my pain would go away. Plus the ingredients in this gel is not very good, it has parabens, propylene glycol and colorants. I am willing to spend the extra money on the other one since it works so well.

Ouch - I "pulled" a back muscle while opening a window and was in instant pain. With an orchestra concert in just a few weeks, I knew I would not be able to play because the double bass is a large instrument, requiring the support of just about every single muscle. Another double bass player recommended arnica gel. While it does not completely cure ailments such as these, used in conjunction with a simple NSAID, I noticed real improvement in a short time. Happy ending - I played the concert and am now using the gel every day to quiet down muscle soreness and have recommended it to others.
