Adults & children age 12 and over:
Take 2 tablespoons, 1 or 2 times daily. If odor is not controlled and additional dose may be taken, but do not exceed 6 tablespoons per day. Children under age 12: Consult a doctor before use. For additional odor control, 1 or 2 tablespoons may be added directly to an empty colostomy or ileostomy bag as needed.
For Use as a Mouthwash, Rinse or Gargle: Use at full strength or add 1-2 tablespoons to one-half glass of water. Rinse mouth thoroughly and repeat.
Other Ingredients: Water, Glycerin (vegetable derived), Oil of Mint No Artificial Colors, No Artificial Preservatives Storage Instructions: Refrigerate after opening. Warning: Consult your physician prior to using this product it you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, under 18 years of age or have a medical condition. This product was recommended to me by my nutritionist/massage therapist. I originally purchased for my 10 year old son. He's at the age where he needs to start wearing deodorant and cologne, but often forgets to put on in the morning. He play hard, and sweats alot! He takes the recommended amount 1 time in the morning. So far, it really seems to be helping. I've been so surprised with how well it worked that I started to use it as well. Works great at controlling body odor internally and doesnt taste bad. We just add it to a little water or in our tea. It does stain if spilled on fabric, so it is a little messy. We will definately never be without!
