Cover and blend for 20-30 seconds. Add 1-2 ice cubes then blend for an additional 30 seconds. Serve. For a delicious smoothie, try adding your favorite fruit, peanut butter, yogurt, shredded coconut, and/or other ingredients (along with ice cubes) to your blended whey protein shake.^^
Shaker - (EASIER: Quick & Convenient) Fill a shaker bottle with 6-8 fl oz of your favorite beverage. Add one scoop ON 100% Whey Gold Standard™. Cover and shake for 25-30 seconds.

I started using this particular Whey protein per my trainer. Compared to other brands I've used, I love this one. It's so easy to mix (with water in a shaker bottle) and really improves the way I feel and eat throughout the rest of the day. I feel like my recovery time has really improved as well. As for the taste, to me, it really does taste like Vanilla Ice Cream... so if you don't like sweet-sweet, you won't like this. I mix it with cold water only, so I'm sure it would be creamier with milk. I've noticed a lot of people knocking this flavor, but I stay away from "chocolate" flavored proteins because I think they taste too fake, so in my opinion this vanilla flavor is the real deal!

This flavor taste terrible. I contacted the company weeks ago. They sent me a reply email requesting more information off the bottle. I sent them a reply, but haven't heard back from them in 3-4 weeks. I've used the chocolate, strawberry, and cookie & cream previously and loved them. This flavor is absolutely awful.

I use this product right after workout, and due to my busy schedule, I only workout about three sometimes four times a week (every other day). I used to hate having to drink my whey protein. The taste is nasty and the stomach feeling afterwards is just yucky. The taste of this Gold Standard is incredible. I now look forward to working out because i get to drink my protein shake afterwards haha. All of my excercises reflect the muscles that a pole vaulter uses in a vault: Quads and Hammies, Chest, Abs, and Triceps. I work additional muscles to maintain balance, but Gold Standard helps me recover faster every time. It's allowing me to push my max's up without putting my muscles in danger. All three of my workout buddies are using it. Thanks Gold Standard.

I've used many Whey products and decided to give ON a try since it always gets great reviews. I mix mine in a blender with a 1c water,1c crushed ice and 60-70g cottage cheese. This is the same way that I mix all my shakes. I've used ON casein before, and the liquid always pulls away from the ice (like a snow cone, not like a milk shake like other brands). I was hoping that the whey would be different. Nope same thing. The taste isn't BAD but it's far from good. Nothing about it taste anything like Vanilla Ice Cream, it is VERY BLAND. I also bought ON cookies and cream, and same exact thing. For the price I was expecting a lot more. I've used other brands that cost much less, mix better, taste better and are actually an isolate. I wanted to say something positive so I'll assume it's going to be effective.
