Brew Well to be Well™
For maximum benefit, medicinal tea must be properly prepared. Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a ceramic cup. Cover cup and steep 10-15 minutes. These steps directly influence the amount of beneficial components that will end up in your teacup! Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract. Drink 1 cup at bedtime. If necessary repeat the next day, not to exceed 4 cups in 24 hours. Children 6-12 years: Drink 1/2 cup at bedtime. If necessary, repeat the next day not to exceed 2 cups in 24 hours.

Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain because Senna may worsen these conditions and be harmful to your health. First off, to the person who said they had no clue it was going to be licorice. Did you even read the ingredients? It says licorice root at the top of the ingredients.
Anyway, I have all sorts of digestive issues and this is by far the best product that has helped me in over 3 years. Does exactly what it says. Tea is good to drink. I let mine cool off a bit before drinking. No cramping. Not running to the bathroom. I love this and cant wait to buy some more.- Tea Body:

I was really disappointed when I bought Smooth Tea and found out that it tastes like black licorice. It was HORRIBLE!!! I can't drink it at all because of the taste. I purchased it online so I can't return it!! Rip OFF!!!
