I'm not a tea kind of guy so that's why I said "bad taste". If you don't drink tea, you're gonna have a hard time at first dealing with the taste and consistency. At first, I only used water and it tasted pretty bad, to the point where I used 2 or 3 packets of Sucralose and plenty of honey and it still tasted bad. But after watching an episode of The Mentalist where the guy had his tea with milk, I tried it and IT WAS WAY BETTER. I also used sugar-free coffee creamer, hazelnut or french vanilla, and I actually enjoyed it. I'd tell anyone that doesn't like tea to use milk, creamer, sugar or a substitue to make it taste better.

This product has produced fantastic results for me. I've been drinking it daily for several years now. As a result I have no digestive,or cholesterol problems, after suffering from them in prior years. In fact my Doctor has told me my cholesterol count is "perfect"! I believe drinking this tea, coupled with changing to a vegetarian diet has helped remedy my digestive problems as well. In that I have no digestive problems any more! I've tried other brands of such teas, but I prefer this one for its flavor, and results.
