These push-up bars are a GREAT value for the benefit and use you get out of them!

I try to use mine everyday, although sometimes forget with how busy life gets.

Overall, I have no complaints about this product, it's a simple way to help chisel your chest, shoulders, and arms. Seriously, GET THESE! Youl'll be glad you did!

These are exactly as described. Easy to assemble out of box. Easy to use, etc etc. I've been using mine for only a few weeks now, but have noticed a difference in how strong my upper body feels, especially my shoulders and upper back.

Good product, worth the investment!
