This product is great. I take two pills after each meal,and drink plenty of water. Product starts working after 5 days or so (increase in energy and nice test booster). However pills are pretty good size and could be difficult for some people to take. Over all great product, can tell size gains in 2 weeks.

I'm 51 yrs old and have been lifting weights since 1979. I started taking creatine and whey about 3 months ago and flat out doubled the intensity and duration of my workouts. My strength went through the roof. Broke many personal records. I started taking Universal's Sterol Complex and DHEA about 3 weeks ago and just flat out doubled my workout intensity again! My stength is off the chart. I lift huge amounts of weight and have to stop because I'm literally laughing at how easy it is. I feel like I'm taking steroids. I don't know if it's the Sterol Complex, the DHEA, or the combination, but I like it, and they're both cheap!I'm sure I had too much estrogen and the supplements are working as aromatase inhibitors, so I have more free testosterone (that's my theory, anyway). It took about a week and a half for it to kick in. I doubt that younger guys would get the same effect, but if you're in my age range you've got to try this combination.

I've been using this product for about 2 years, on and off. I think it's a great supplement to build muscle, and have attributed a large majority of my mass gains to this product. Some of the downfalls however is that, personally, it's hard for me to remember to take it right after I eat. It's a personal flaw, and could probably be fixed if I had a pill case. Some of my friends also say that the pill size if too big, which I can see, but it's not a problem with me. One of the biggest downfalls about this product however is that it tends to give me extremely bad gas to the point where no one wants to be around me because it smells so bad (no joke). Overall, besides it's couple flaws, I love this product and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to build up dense mass.
