I can't say enough about this product. I use it everyday/every morning at breakfast and within 30 minutes i'm ready to tackle the day. I've noticed stamina increase and also energy, awareness. Granted a few of the pills are rather large in size, but the effect well makes up for it. I have noticed that taking this product with my workout supp(s), and my nutrition plan....i've seen faster recovery times and i've noticed building of muscle. Highly recommend this product.

I take these every morning to make sure i get all the vitamins and minerals i need. I do believe that vitamins is an important part of any diet. For someone who are starting out with vitamins and are considering these remember that this is a very complete package, with quite a few pills to be taken and some are somewhat large in size so please keep this in mind. Otherwise it is a great product and i would recommend it.

I'm not sure how much its specifically helped with gains, but I have noticed that before I started it I felt like I lost everything during the day or two between workout. I used one pack every morning with a large breakfast. It's 11 different pills. Pills don't bother me, but could for some. I never saw a difference between how I felt while on them and now (three weeks removed from finishing the canister). I don't think I saw any gains, while maybe on the micro-cellular level my body was using the goods. The one thing I did notice is it made me super gassy.... and absolutely wretched when that happened. I'm glad to be off them, but sad that they offered no performance or muscle gains.
