I've been working out for the past 4 years. when i first started working out i was 5'7 140 pounds. in a year of taking creatine and proteine shakes working out hard 4 days a week i only gained about 8 pounds total of 148. the next year i friend told me about animal stak and m-stak by the end of my second year i weighed 185 pounds. 185 pounds of muscles! in the next 2 years I've been trying different supplements but nothing works like animal stak. i came back to what really works. work out hard and take this for great results. i also take one a day vitamins. good luck!

Rather than taking a pack before a workout as directed, I took one first thing in the morning with fish oil. I saw definite increases in strength, stamina and natural male function. However, the results I got were not up to par to some of the other test boosters I've taken. For the price, it has fantastic value. All the ingredients are legitimate, but the overall effectiveness leaves something to be desired.
Other notes; I saw slight increases in irritability like in most test boosters. I took the 21 day cycle during a bulking phase, so it functioned partially as a nutrient partritioner.
Not bad, good value, decent effectiveness, but leaves something to be desired.

This definitely gives you the energy and drive to push you through those hard workouts. After about the first week I noticed more fullness and hardness in my muscles. It also helped with my recovery time. I am trying to cut down on fat and it has kept me from losing any muscle during my cutting phase.

after the first day i took it i could feel a little change in my "mental" process. after 3 days i was running and lifting much more aggressive. and now after a week I've gotten back up to my highest weights that i was lifting when i was 15 lbs heavier. (just as a side note i am stacking Animal-STAK with Jack3d) i would give this product the "two thumbs up". yes yes YES! this product really works and once you get a chance to try it yourself you wont want anything else!

Good stuff, some bloating but if you time it out right and eat something about 30 minutes after you take it, it helps a lot. Stacked with the m-stack and animal pack it's a good combo. Did great for me, put on a few pounds of muscle and had lots of energy. Good stuff for sure.

Great for energy and long hard days of work. Kept me focused and helped keep muscle mass on even during the weeks I couldn't workout. Minimal side effects. Noticed a few unexpected breakouts. But it mite not have been from this product. I would say use this product!
