A friend told me about Wellness Formula. I've been taking it eversince. During winter I take 1-2 a day and increase if I feel a little under the weather. Haven't needed a flu shot and rarely get a cold that goes beyond sniffles. Best Flu remedy around!

Recommended by nurses at Baptist Hospital as a preventative measure, as well as recovery. I take one daily as a preventive measure against colds & flus. Ever since I began using, I have not caught a cold or flu. Also, when I feel as though I'm coming down with something or have people around mer sick, I take 3 twice a day & wake up new.
