I have been using this product on a daily basis for many years, with few interruptions. One or two teaspoons give me energy, they taste delicious and sometimes sweeten my breakfast. I do not eat any other sugar or sugar products, per my doctors advice, for many years already. I make an exception only for the Royal Jelly.
Recently I discovered, to my surprise, that the product has helped me several times to feel better overnight when going to sleep with a minor ailment, such as a sore throat, another time with flu symptoms, and still another time i had sore gums, from an inflammation. After taking two teaspoons of the Royal Jelly at night i woke up in the morning totally free of the symptoms! I never want to run out of this product now, and am glad to be able to share this information with others. I hope it will benefit someone else, as it did me.Pros

I dont see any one thing negative about this product. This stuff is better than what it says. I guess you need to be a honey lover which I am.
