Awesome stuff for short absorption of nutrients. For me one scoop at a time post workout is great, and a second dose before going to bed is just ok. For most athletes two scoops are necessary. Taste is great!

So I'm trying to lower by body fat down to 6% and I wanted to try this brand because of the 0 carbs. It mixes in the blender easily, although it creates a HUGE amount of foam, which takes a while to settle (I believe it says something to that effect in the directions so no surprise there) but it takes long enough that its annoying..
But this has got to be the worst tasting protein I've ever FORCED myself to drink (this flavor anyway). I can't wait until the container is empty, it's truly going to be a misery having to drink all of this stuff......
I gave it two stars because although it is a painful experience trying to keep this stuff down, it does do its job and does have 0 carbs...Pros

Just bought this product. I just got done trying the Wheybolic Extreme Advance "GNC" brand of protien and must say that it was very good. However I like to switch and try different products to see which ones work best for my body. The Isopure is very excellent when you compare the nutritional facts to other top leading brands, there really is no comparison. If you want to develop lean quality muscle with out any of the extra fat or carbs, this is the product for you. It is not the best tasting product out there but should be expected without any sugar!!! So far i am pleased with this product and look foward to more positive results.
