I use this after every workout, and also several times a week to replace breakfast. Taste good with just water, and easy to swallow, but I always make a shake with a blender using 2 scoops:
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of water
1 whole banana
1 big spoon of peanut butter
2 cups of ice
The above recipe creates an amazing shake and tastes more like a treat than a protein shake. I've used it for 2 months so far, have not gained any weight, but have noticeable progress in muscle size and tone.
