Looking for a Omega 3 supplement for my daughter to take to improve her concentration. This was recommended by staff at GNC. They are supposed to be strawberry flavor but if you chew them they taste like fishy oil. These are not gummies, they are oil filled soft gel caps. If your child can swallow pills these will work, they are very tiny. But don't expect anything "sweet" or chewable.

I've been giving this product to my three year old son. He has severe eczema. I got tired of the steroid creams that his doctor was prescribing so I began doing my own research as to how to treat him. I've cut out the cow milk (replaced it with soy milk) and started giving him two of these at lunch. I've noticed an approvement. I believe that if he continues to take it, his skin will eventually clear up. It's certainly better than it was before. Nordic Naturals has a wonderful line of products. I take DHA pills made by them and they are very pure and effective.
