Obesity
Dose: 3.2 to 4.2 grams dailyA double-blind trial found that exercising individuals taking 1,800 mg per day of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) lost more body fat after 12 weeks than did a similar group taking a placebo.1 However, two other studies found that amounts of CLA from 0.7 to 3.0 grams per day did not affect body composition.2, 3 Most double-blind trials have found that larger amounts of CLA, 3.2 to 4.2 grams per day, do reduce body fat;4, 5, 6, 7 however, one double-blind study of experienced strength-training athletes reported no effect of 6 grams per day of CLA on body fat, muscle mass, or strength improvement.8

Athletic Performance

Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) is a slightly altered form of the essential fatty acid linoleic acid. Animal research suggests an effect of CLA supplementation on reducing body fat.1, 2 Controlled human research has reported that 5.6 to 7.2 grams per day of CLA produces only non-significant gains in muscle size and strength in experienced and inexperienced weight-training men.3, 4, 5 A double-blind study of a group of trained men and women reported reduced body fat in the upper arm after 12 weeks of supplementation with 1.8 grams per day of CLA.6 Further research using more accurate techniques for measuring body composition is needed to confirm these findings.

I take this product daily before each workout. I've noticed a dramatic difference in my tone and definition after about 2 and a half weeks of taking it. Also, the water pill in this pack helps with any bloating and gives me a defined look after workout

I started taking this in early November. It was recommended to me by one of the workers over in the Wire Grass stores. When i Started i was a size 18 in pants and an XL in shirts. After about a month of taking the product on and off, I am now down to a size 13 in pants and a Large in shirts. This has been one of the best products I have ever used.

I have only been taking this product for a week and my energy level is amazing! I take the X-12 pill maybe 45 minutes before my workout and it helps keep me focused and energized to make it through. I have also lost 2lbs just in one week.

Seemed like a lot of pills with no direction when or how to take them. I break it up by taking half in the morning and the other half in the afternoon. It did not upset my stomach, however it did make my urine bright yellow. I got use to it after 1 week. I started going to the gym, hired a trainer and pushed a nutritional plan and exercise. I have a lot of energy even after my workouts. It helped put me on the right track to a healthier me. I used this product for a month. I had dropped 15 pounds during the time I had used it. I plan to keep using this product. I would recommend this product!

In the past two years I have lost a total of 63lbs and kept it off. These past few months I hit a plateau. I wasn't gaining any weight but I wasn't seeing much progress when it came to losing inches and gaining muscle. I started this vitapak and used it over Thanksgiving and even with adding alot more carbs that day I still managed to lose 4lbs in just that week alone! I weight train 5-6 days a week and do cardio at least 4 times a week and i'm starting to lose inches and see more progress with building muscle. This works well! Just had to get used to the taste and smell but now they are easy to take. If I workout in the morning I take them all with a Lean Shake or piece of fruit with oatmeal before my workout. If I have an evening workout I take all of them minus the red pill, then save the red pill for before my training. They have been giving me lots of energy, helps to lose body fat while keeping muscle and i've noticed a difference in my skin and hair as well. Awesome product!

      I have only taken for 3 days and I see that is working. I take 5 pills in the morning with breakfast and 4 with lunch it does not upset my stomach, pills are big but not bad. It does make you go to urinate alot almost every hour and the urine color is green but it's maybe cause is working. For me it works I combine it with Lean Shake for breakfast and dinner and for lunch a healthy lunch like alot of vegetables, chicken. Drink alot of waterI like jogging but so far no exercise and I lost 2 pounds. I will start jogging and exercising and I will post updates.

      I recommend this product pills are easy to carry.

      this is my first time taking stuff and the reason beind it is cause ive had 4 children and want to lose some weight.. its a good product but my pee is bright yellow and i go for than a preggo woman but it does hurt my belly and doesnt give me engery at first made me dizzy till my body has got used to it

        This vitamin pack was recommended by the store salesperson, and I thought OK, lets give them a try. The first month I lost 4.2 pounds, the most I had lost up to that point. Then I thought, well maybe it wasn't the vitamins, when I ran out, I didn't buy them again. Big mistake, I only lost 1.4 pounds that month. Gave them another shot and so far this month, I have already lost 3.8 pounds and I still have another week to go. I am sold.
