After a mis-diagnosis for a particularly degrading/humliating skin disorder many years ago, I stumbled upon this product in hopes it would keep said disorder under control. Later I found out, I did not have the skin disorder, but continued to take the Silver. That was 7 years ago. Within the last 7 years, I've only missed TWO days of work due to illness (flu)- which only lasted two days. One tablespoon a day (my preferred dosage), every day, has kept me out of the doctors office for SEVEN YEARS. I recommend it to everyone.
For the naysayers that have spoken here, this is not a miracle cure for every illness/ailment, nor does it work instantaneously overnight to fix you or your children. It is simply a preventive-maintenace product to keep your body's immune system running at its best.

If you already have the beginning of a cold or sore throat, green phlegm. Take a teaspoon of this product and swish for 30 seconds and swallow. Repeat up to 3x's per day until gone.
Real good if your get food poisoning. My brother got food poisoning 2 years ago and was on his way to the emergency room. Before leaving his home he swallowed about half a bottle. He says this product saved his life!

Bad product. I bought it for ear infection and sore throat for my daughter and it worked as well as taking water would. Maybe thats what they put in the bottle. I returned it to the store (thank goodness they let me) and bought the other stuff GNC sells, the MBi silver. If I could give Silver Biotics zero stars I would have. My suggestion - Buy the other stuff, the MBi 30ppm silver, it works amazingly!

This cured an absessed tooth when even antibiotics couldnt. You have to give it time to work. This stuff can be poison in larger amounts so I prefer the small dosage. I also had a VERY weak immune system due to an illness. I caught every cold, virus or flu around. This has restored my immune system and then some. It gave me my life back. My little brother has cancer and I am buying him a bottle.

I have taken this product under another name, and the nearly miraculous results are easily found on google (silver sol). It kills every known pathogen like virus, bacteria, yeast, mold, fungus.
You must realize that some pathogens are harder and take longer so I recommend high dosage (2-3 tablespoons 3 times per day) while sick, then one tablespoon 2x per day as maintenance.

This product did not work at all. I should have taken the store managers advise and purchased the MBi homeopathic silver 30ppm that GNC carries but I wanted to save a couple bucks. Trust me saving $2 is not worth having your entire family sick. I found out when I searched on the internet you can find Silver Biotics for [$], it makes sense because it doesn't work at all. I returned the product back to the store and will never buy it again. I bought the MBi brand to have on hand the next time this cold comes around. I already researched the MBi product and I am sure its high quality. I will write a review on that product the next time we get sick, which I hope isn't too soon.

I was a 10 week sinus infection sufferer decided to give this a try after reading about C.silver. to all i must say you have to give this product 2-3 days of 3 daily doses before it will even try to start working. it has only 10ppm per serving, so give it time. it has to build ur immune system up and essentialy gang up on your intruding ailment. I can honestly say ive recieved mild effectiveness with this product.I also forgot to mention i had a cough and my cough was non existant within the 3rd day. i also take daily vitamins and i like to keep physicaly active. also do your research and pay ettention to retail pricing(hint) like i said give it time, do what you can to take care of you, and healthiness will prevail.

I bought the product because of the flue season. My wife had a terrible cough for a while and she is not into natural medicine gets tire of me always talking about it anyways she was the one who finish the liquid ever since its almost been a year and she is the only one that has not getting sick anymore and thank God the coughing was gone too. It always pays off in the long run.

I starting taking when I developed a sinus infection, I am also a allergy sufferer. I am on week two. Sinus infection did go away quick, and allergies have been under control.. I am also taking megaman.. so I am gonna keep taking both to determine the effectiveness and get back with you.
