My brother gave me a power bar one day when I was not feeling very well, just not up to par. within a few min. I felt some better ,my energy started comming. I use them when talking a long walk or when I dont have time to eat a full lunch. It is great to keep on hand for the day's when thing just dont feel up to par.

Compact size is great for cycling. It would be nice if the tear off tab didn't have to be torn all the way off to get the contents out. The top portion always seems to fall on the ground. It's hard to take while cycling but I've had plenty of practice. It would be nice if there was a better container so you could get all the contents out instead of doing the toothpaste roll method.
