I am sensitive to caffeine and this shot gave me a buzz almost too much to handle. i got through my hour long workout with more energy to spare. I could have easily over-trained. definitely drink half if you are sensitive to caffeine

The thing I like about this is that it only has 4 calories and for those of us who are trying to lose weight and eat healthy that means everything. It did not give me a jittery feeling like some energy shots do and it does not have a nasty taste. Some of these shots are hard to get down, I don't care how small they are!
