Great if you need more than "5 hours" of energy. Gives me a better/longer buzz than those gross convenience-store sugar bombs. I have found it also works great as a pre-workout. Don't drink it too late in the day (for me that's after 7pm)or sleeplessness is a guarantee.

This is a tasty boost of energy for a quick wake-up to get a great start for a morning workout. You can also sip on one throughout your workout for constant energy if you didn't get a good night's sleep. It's not a head crawling, shaky feeling. Just a quick kick of energy. I usually do not drink them everyday, just on gym days. Only five calories is just a boost in and of itself also.

I have used allot of different stuff and so far I like how this stuff makes me feel. I get up in the morning pop my Mega Men sport multi then eat a banana and a swallow of protein along with a creatine chewable (GNC brand) then grab me Speed Stack and start drinking it on the way to the Gym about 20 min before working out, sometimes I drink the whole thing before and sometimes I sip a little during my routine. I usually walk on the treadmill for a few minutes to get the blood going by that time it starts to kick in and I'm ready to rock, I'm unlike most people I like feeling jittery and pumped it pushes me harder. And this product will give you a jittery pump if your not used to working out with this kind of product. If your sensitive or have a week stomach I would strongly suggest eating before hand.
