          This stuff is great! I take a couple packs on my road and mountain bike rides. One about every 45 minutes gives me the energy to keep pushing. I also eat one before my rides if I don't have any bars around.

          The Latte flavor is good (I'm a big coffee fan) but it can be a little difficult to choke down when it gets warm. Before the expiration date, the ingredients started to separate into a watery liquid and a gooey sludge. The taste was still fine, but the consistency was rough to swallow. Regardless it's a 4.5/5 for me.

          Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
