The recommended serving size is four pills 30 min before breakfast and lunch. To have the bottle last me the entire month I only take three before breakfast and then another three before lunch. Even with the lower intake I have seen results. The pills definitely help me get more out of my lifts. I don't get as tired as quickly as I did before I started taking NO2 Black. I would recommend drinking about 64 fl oz of water with these pills to get the most out of them. The pills are large but I got used to them after a couple days.

I take NO2 before and after i work out and it gives me quick results. What i do not like about it is the price. It is often too expensive. I had to purchase it during a sale price. GNC would sell NO2 and other products if the prices were lower. Do not forget that the economy is bad and more people are unemployed.

It only takes about 15-20 mins to kick in once you take it, and once it does you'll be ready for the day/working out. I take this every day instead of drinking coffee or a engery drink and it does a much better job!

If you can get past swallowing the big pills, the product works great. I've used this product for the past 5 years and have had amazing results. My energy in the gym is never ending, recovery time is almost instant, i havent had any next day soreness. lifting heavy and using this product has helped me reach bigger gains, more reps, and more weight. Once again this pills are bigger than normal pils u would take. I recommend taking product before breakfast and lunch, and working out in the evening. I also stack this product with MRI product PRO NOS, the two of these combined are UNBEATABLE!!
