I started using product when I started the insane workout and this seems to work for me...First time I tasted it, it was a bit bitter but then it ended up tasting like Tang..very orangy..I enjoy it now and it helps curb my appetite..love it

after 3 weeks or so...can't really judge yet...but doe s taste great..cream cicle flavor...so it does make one want to drink(rehydrate) after exercise which is a good thing!!!

I use this for both pre- and post workout and when working in the yard. It kinda tastes like Tang, and could be a little stronger tasting. As for how it works, it seems to work well. I find using it prior to working in the yard on hot days, I fair better in the heat.
