When cycling Horse Power we recommend using it for no longer than a 12-week "on" cycle, followed by a 4-week "off" period. After a 4-week break, start a new Horse Power cycle.

I have always liked Ultimate Nutrition products but this stuff tastes absolutely terrible. The smell is almost as bad as the taste. I tried one serving and I don't know if I can take another. I can't even say if it worked because it made my body tingle everywhere and I mean EVERYWHERE. I couldn't workout with that tingling feeling.
