If you know your body and what needs and what it can benefit from, then this stuff is for you! I wouldn't say it's really a supplement pack for beginners and nor is it for abusers (would have little or zero effect for those of you). Be smart and follow the directions on the label.
It allowed me to keep a steady workout and know when I wouldn't benefit from doing anymore reps. Eveyday was an improvement with ideal recovery time. I just finished my first cycle this morning, and my body is kind of tired from the level stress I've maintained for the past 3 weeks. I'm definitely taking a week off.. overall my body has achieved optimum endurance and strength. I know I'm nowhere near peaking, and I never have to choose running over lifting or vice versa. It allows longer intervals between workouts without sacrificing those hard earned gains.
I'm going to try another Animal product (TEST pak), but this my no fail go to stak pak! I'd like to say that I can control my emotions (specifically agression and hostility), so a cycle with TEST would be very interesting. Next time I choose M-Stak I'm going to use it with Jack3d. A good powdered preworkout seems necessary with this to begin hard and finish strong. I wouldn't dare use Jack3d with a test booster since I never use them. I would never try Jack3d with anything I've never used due to its potency. I'd probably turn into a wild animal.. lol, sorry.. Good name for a sports nutrition company.
I'm 21, perfect health, 190lbs, 5'7", eat healthy, and was already in great shape.. so I'm pretty ideal for this product. I'll post a review for TEST at the end of next month. Take care of yourselves!Pros

I have used this product for 2 weeks now and wow what a difference it has made. I combine with C4 before workout and i feel like i am unstoppable. I take M-Stak about 30-45 minutes prior to my workout and the pulse and pump I get from it is great. After about a week or so I feel I can workout longer, I have a better recovery time but lately after about 1-2 weeks I'm getting chronic bad insomnia. Even taking these at 9:30AM then working out around 10AM or so I still have the inability to sleep at night even after long workouts that would normally make me pass out at night.
Regardless I'm seeing some noticeable gains even with just matching it up with a decent protein shake after a workout.Pros

Good for right before you work out. You can feel the energy complex (the little red pill) kick in and you feel like superman! Helped me gain strength and I put on a few pounds of muscle quick. I've tried a few hard gainer products and I say this works best for sure! Great stuff! I stacked it with the get jacked stack and the animal pack, great combo!

I took this stuff while deployed in the middle east and it turned me in to a maniac in the gym. All Animal products are solid and this is no exception. More gains after 1 three week cycle than the previous 3 months of working out. Took it with a pre-workout drink and almost passed out from a headrush, so i don't reccomend taking it with anything but a good post workout protien shake

I Started taking them about an hour before lifting to get a feel for them from the biggest (Brown) to smallest (Red) every 5-10 mins I would take another etc..., when I got to last Blue one I had a lot of energy so I waited 20 mins deciding if I should take Red one (the energy pill), Which I did, I felt like an overcharged battery wanting to explode and a bit light headed that lasted all thru the workout up till half of the day , (next time I will not use the Red one which is optional / I recommend only using it if you workout at night). I started with my usual routine bench at 215 lbs for 6-8 Reps it felt way too light I didn't have to push as hard at 7 & 8, feeling brave (with a spot of course) to see my limits I jumped to 250 for three clean reps and one assisted. I was sold as a customer! I could barely do one before! What ever is in the stuff is potent and serious and my squat was the same "Insane". After leaving the gym I had a serious cramp in my hams probably from not drinking enough water but this never happened before so I recommend drinking plenty of good fluids and keeping it clear on the way out the day prior or maybe two days for hydration. Afterwards I had a killer headache that eventually went away, which I expected because it has good insulin boosters in it. I highly recommend this product! Give your body a few days to get used to it.
