i have suffered with allergies for the past 5 years. pet dander, dust, pollen, etc. tried most of the over the counter drugs, and this is really the only thing that consistently helps me. use this in combination with the kettle device (took me a few days to get the hang of it). use this with a dab of vicks vapo rub under the nostrils...it works for me
