The taste is grape and strong so I would not recommend to mix it with chocolate protein.

this stuff tastes like healthy kool-aid at first, but when you get to the bottom of the glass, it gets pretty bitter. not a deal breaker though. definitley helps with fatigue and soreness. i recommend taking about 1/2 hr-an hr before workout and then immediately after. i do not recommend mixing it in with a protein shake, but rather mixing it with juice or water right before or after you drink your protein. it has helped me quite a bit as far as gaining size and strength, and i've only been using it for a couple months.

I took this started taking this product while deployed to Iraq. I loved it. As soon as I started taking this product I noticed my muscle soreness and fatigue time decrease. Only issue is if you take it with a protein shake it will distort the taste a little being that it is grape flavor. Recommend taking with fruit flavor proteins.
