I bought this because most energy drink's taste is terrible. I saw the reviews and thought I would give it a try. It is the worst tasting drink I have tried so far. It does wake you up a bit. I get really tired in the afternoon. This helps me get through until I get home for the day. I hope to find this in a drink along with a flavor I can stand.

I absolutely love FRS healthy energy. I used to buy the peach mango all the time. It was OK tasting but definitely gave you an energy boost. This wild berry flavor though is out of this world delicious! Think wild berry buy. Omnomnom. It's effective AND tastes great!

I have been using FRS products for 2 years now. I personally believe that FRS helps me go farther in daily activities,jogging, mountain bike riding, and school. I take 2-3 times a day to get 500mg to 900mg of quercetin( an antioxidant) to try and reap the health benefits.

Since I can remember, I have had a major sensitivity to caffeine, which has left me with a somewhat strict and boring diet. When the entire rave started with energy drinks, I hated that I was unable to drink them. I try to eat healthy and exercise; however, there are days when you just need an extra boost! A co-worker introduced me to FRS energy drinks, and I was sold after my first one. I didn't have the jittery anxious feeling that other energy drinks had given me, and I found that I had less muscle fatigue after working out. Maybe finding a product that works has given me a more positive attitude, but since drinks FRS, I feel on top of the world! I have energy to get through the day without feeling tired or sluggish and I am better able to pay attention at work and even have become more efficient. I like to drink a can in the am, followed by two chews in the afternoon. I'm sure each person has a different threshold for caffeine, and if you are used to the jolt that Redbull and Rockstars give you, it may be hard to make the switch… but I say it's worth it! There's no crash and you're at your best all day!
