I used to get these by the case. Low cal, tasty drink. The last few times they've been horrible. They now have a nasty, chemical, metallic taste. I just poured a case down the drain - that's a lot of wasted cash, but better than drinking this stuff. I'm really disappointed in what's happened to this product. I think they changed manufacturing sites.

I usually have half of one before I workout and the other half right after. Then at work, whenever I feel like I really need coffee - I have an FRS instead - works for me!

I drink one can of this with breakfast everyday and it helps me go all day long. It's the only energy supplement that I felt safe using while I breastfed my children. I love the Peach Mango because it has no dyes in it. My husband loves this stuff too. Overall a great product!

I was attracted to this product because I am always searching for antioxidants to counteract the free radicals in my body. Once I realize the acronym FRS stood for "Free Radical Scavengers", I was willing to try. I don't know how many free radicals it has scavenged (using for about 2 weeks now); but I do know that it gives me a lot of energy, and has replaced my coffee at least 4 mornings a week. My favorite is the low-cal Peach Mango.

I like the peach mango flavor the best. I drink a can in the morning before my run. At only 25 calories, you can't beat that! It has far less calories than a lot of the sugar loaded drinks out there. Love it!
