This stuff is amazing! I read the reviews and figured I'd try it out. I'm 22 and shattered my elbow (my olecranon process for you medical types) three years ago and as a result I've got myself a nice shiny titanium plate with 7 screws in it now. Ever since whenever I've done tricep exercises and presses I can really feel the plate tug and pull and I usually leave a little sore. I've been taking Animal Flex for two days now and today is triceps day. I DIDN'T FEEL A THING, NOTHING, NADA. Even during my nose breakers, I was able to do more weight than ever without my elbow killing me. This stuff is awesome, worth every penny, I'll be buying more.

The product arrived before the scheduled 2-3 @ wk PT prescribed by the sport MD of the Predators and Sounds. Xrays showed scoliois, disc degeneration, snd osteo-arthritis. Enough to retire.
Presription:PT 2-3@wk. Ugh. Wasts of time, money, and energy. But product works from day one. Answererwd prayer and intervention.

AMAZING PRODUCT!!! IVE HAD 3 KNEE SURGERYS IN THE LAST 3 YEARS ON MY RIGHT KNEE. THOUGHT FOR SURE THAT I HAD BLEW OUT MY LEFT KNEE TRYING TO COMPENSATE. AFTER A WEEK OR SO TAKING THE ANIMAL FLEX PACKS I NOTICE LESS SWELLING, PAIN, AND MORE RANGE OF MOTION. ITS NOT A MIRACLE WORKER BUT IT DEFFINETLY MADE WALKING AND PHYSICAL THERAPY A LITTLE MORE MANAGEABLE. I NOW AM ABLE TO GOTO THE GYM 5 DAYS A WEEK AND STAY IN SHAPE

I had a lot of inflamation & joint pain. I was actually ready to go under the knife but I decided to change joint supplements first. Animal Flex had consistently high reviews and I'm glad I made the switch as the increase in joint flexibility and reducution in inflamation has been so tremendous that I have been able resume intense training.

I use this stack one time a day, in the morning with my meal. I stack with with my Gaspari nutrition pack and they work great together but alone is fine also. I used to play football and the past year I blew apart my shoulder blade taking a chunk of bone right out so my shoulder joint can slip in and out through the back of the shoulder with ease. I read and researched many products and finally decided on this. My shoulder requires the doctors to take bone from my hip and put it in my shoulder along with some wonderful metal pins to stretch the muscle back up to it. I used to be in a lot of pain and had to stop lifting. I started this stack and am back to lifting again with little pain, I can curl and hammer curl with little pain. My surgery is not until June of 2012 and this has been helping me fight the pain in the shoulder and other joints so I can have more efficent workouts. it really is amazingly different compared to other joint relievers. Even though its a package of like 5 pills. They all do different things and when combined all at once, I can tell the dfference in the way I feel especially after a hard workout with weights or cardio.

I have had 3 surgeries on my shoulders. I have 6 screws in each and had a half inch of my colar bone removed. I would have alot of pain in my shoulders when working out. since i started using animal flex it has gotten rid of most of the pain. It is enough for me to get through my workouts even at the heavier weights. I have been using it ever since. Deffinatly worth it if you have joint pains that negativly effect your workouts.
