For a rich, thick shake, place contents into 12 ounces of water
and mix in a shaker or blender. If a shaker or a blender is not convenient,

I use this product due to it's ZERO carbs! I started off by buying the 2lb creamy vanilla container and it has worked well. The taste is enhanced by the addition of Walden Farms zero carb Choc/Strawberry Syrups. It was time to order another container and GNC had a special on the 7.5lb tub and I bought it. The store did not have it in stock so the clerk offered to order it for me and have it delivered to my home at no cost. It was delivered the very NEXT day!!!! What service from the price and next day shipping, I'll be ordering more of it when I'm ready.
