Preperation: Mix 1 scoop (20 g) in 8-16 oz of cold water thoroughly. Drink immediately. Note: Adjust the amount of water to your desired consistency and flavor.
Directions: Use on training days only. For best results, take on an empty stomach 0-30 minutes before workout.

In one study, AAKG improved measures of strength and short-term power performance in weight lifters.Nitric oxide is the popular name for AAKG (arginine alpha-ketoglutarate), a compound made from the amino acid L-arginine and alpha-ketoglutarate, a substance formed in the body's energy-generating process. AAKG is a popular supplement among bodybuilders and other athletes because of claims that it increases production of nitric oxide in muscles. Nitric oxide is known to have blood-flow-enhancing effects,1 which could in theory increase the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to exercising muscle. While L-arginine by itself is known to increase nitric oxide production, no research has been done to show that AAKG does the same. However, double-blind trials of AAKG suggest it improves some measures of strength and power resulting from weight training.2, 3

the new formula just didn't work like the original one. i was a huge fan of it and often cycled it with the old formula jacked put out. this new one didn't provide me with the feeling i like in the gym. i want to feel like i can flip a car over when i take a pre lift and many of these new formulas, including the revised black powder, just cant cut it.

Great product if you're looking for stamina throughout workouts. Plus it boosts N.O. levels by 950% right after you take it. Black Powder also gives huge pumps, muscle gains, endurance during the workouts and after it works as a recovery supplement as well because N.O. has been scientifically proven to do all that has been mentioned above. I have been working out for 7 years now. I have recently tried Black powder and now using 2nd month. 1 st month results were amazing but i waiting to see the consistancy and it has proved that this is 1 among best available pre workout supplements in market. This gives very consistant energy, strength and pump during the complete workout and u can see feel the difference. Fruit punch, taste is good and 1 spoon before 15 mins of your workout. It is slightly costlier then BSN NO expload.You can try and see the differance.
